Unique Homes MA is a working catalog of the architecturally notable single-family homes for sale in Massachusetts. Federal townhouses on Beacon Hill. Greek Revival farmhouses in the Pioneer Valley. The mid-century enclaves of Lexington, Concord, and Lincoln. We track what’s on the market, place each home in the historical record, and connect buyers who care about the building, not just the price.

Operating from Boston since 2026.

How we work

Every active listing in MLS PIN is cross-matched against the Massachusetts Cultural Resource Information System (MACRIS) historic inventory, MassGIS, the National Register of Historic Places, and other data sources. Where the documentary evidence supports it, the listing is tagged by architectural style, era, builder, and enclave. Listing data refreshes from MLS PIN at least every three days.

There are no analytics, no tracking cookies, and no third-party scripts. See the privacy page has the details.

A note on accuracy

Architectural attribution is part documentary, part judgement. Style and builder tags are editorial classifications, not legal designations. If you spot a misclassification — or know more about a particular home — please get in touch.
